Factor Structure In The Organization Of The Dance Club
Abstract:
The research was conducted on a sample of 116 respondents, members of the Dance Club „Gemma“ from Banja Luka, and their parents. The entire sample of respondents was divided into four sub-samples: 76 respondents were contestants (17 male and 59 female) and 40 respondents were their parents (9 male and 31 female). The sample of variables is 16 variables to assess the organization of the club.
The main objective of this research was to determine the basic factors on the basis of which the evaluation of the organization at the club may be done, depending on the status of the respondents/dancers and their parents. Four latent dimensions (factors) were isolated by the use of the factor analysis of variables to assess the organization which could be interpreted as: factor ambience in which exists dance sport, factor parents, factor management of dance sport club and factor role and position of club trainer.
