Canonical Relationship Of The Morphological Characteristics And Basic Motoric Abilities In Secondary School
Abstract:
The research has been carried out on the sample of 120 examinees – the students of the first and second class of the Secondary Technical School in Travnik who regularly attended teaching of the physical and health education over the school year of 2009/2010. In the research The set of seven variables has been applied for the purpose of the valuation of the morphological characteristics and nine variables for the purpose of the valuation of the basic motoric abilities on the proposal of EUROFIT battery tests.
The main aim of the research is the establishment of the relationship of the morphological characteristics and basic motoric abilities of the students of the I and II class of the Secondary Technical School in Travnik.
In order to establish the relationship (relation) of the two researched spaces, morphological characteristics and basic motoric abilities the canonic correlation analysis was used.
By the use of the Bartlett - Lambda test and by its testing with the help of the adequate h² - test it has been established that the researched spaces of the morphological characteristics and basic motoric abilities are interconnected with three pairs of canonic factors at the statically important level p = 0.05
