Pilates u treningu plesača sportskog plesa

Apstrakt: 
Cilj rada je ukazivanje na mnoge prednosti primjene Pilates metode vježbanja u svestranoj pripremi plesača. Primjena Pilatesa kao trenažnog modela u sportskom plesu može uveliko olakšati tehniku izvođenja pokreta, osigurati ekonomičnije kretanje u paru, pomoći u boljoj plesnoj ekspresiji, spriječiti povređivanje i osigurati dugovječnost plesne karijere. Upoznavanje plesača sa intelektualnim i kinestetičkim vezama između plesa i Pilatesa, takođe, pospješuje ostvarivanje ciljeva kao što su povećana svijest o tijelu, poboljšane mišićno-koštanog integracije, i uopšte, omogućava bolje zdravlje plesača. Bogatstvo primjene različitih Pilates instumenata ne čini ga monotonim za rad, a omogućava progresivni učinak na mobilnost i stabilnost plesne izvedbe.
